Standard Production + Shipping: 5–7 business days for production after proof approval, plus 3–7 business days for ground shipping. Most customers receive orders within 10–14 business days from order placement.

Rush Production: 2–3 business days after proof approval. An additional rush fee applies and is shown at checkout. Available on most products.

Express Shipping: 2-day and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination.

International shipping is available to select countries. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10–21 business days.

Because promotional products are custom manufactured to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our work:

• Manufacturing defects: If your order has a printing error, color mismatch, or production defect caused by us, we will reprint the affected items or issue a full refund at no charge.
• Damaged in transit: If products arrive damaged, contact us within 10 business days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Inspection period: Please inspect your order within 10 business days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Setup fees and rush fees are non-refundable once production has begun
• Partial refunds may be issued for orders with only some defective items
