Minimum order quantities vary by product. Many items start at just 12 units, while specialty items may require 50 or more. The minimum quantity for each product is clearly listed on the product page. If you need a smaller quantity, contact us — we may be able to accommodate special requests.
Setup fees apply to most custom printing orders and cover the creation of printing screens, plates, or embroidery digitizing. These are one-time fees per design and are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order. If you reorder the same design, setup fees are typically waived or reduced.
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) for best results. High-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF) at 300 DPI or higher are also accepted for photo-quality printing. We do not recommend JPEG for logos due to compression artifacts. If you only have a low-resolution file, our in-house design team can recreate your artwork for a small fee.
Yes. Every order includes a digital proof that you must approve before production begins. Proofs are typically sent within 1–2 business days of order placement. Production time starts only after you approve your proof. Rush proofing is available if you need faster turnaround.
Standard production is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Rush production (2–3 business days) is available on most products for an additional fee. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer ground, 2-day, and overnight shipping. Most customers receive their orders within 10–14 business days from order placement.
Our prices automatically decrease as your quantity increases. Pricing tiers are displayed on every product page — simply select your quantity to see the per-unit price. The more you order, the more you save. Prices are per unit and include one standard imprint color or location unless otherwise noted.
We offer Pantone (PMS) color matching for most screen printing, pad printing, and embroidery orders. PMS matching ensures your brand colors are reproduced accurately. Please provide your PMS color codes when placing your order. For full-color digital printing, colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to the nature of CMYK printing.
Reordering is easy. Log in to your account, find your previous order, and click 'Reorder.' Your artwork and specifications will be pre-loaded. You can adjust the quantity and shipping details. As a returning customer, your setup fees are typically waived or discounted.
Because promotional products are customized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on correctly produced items. However, if your order contains a manufacturing defect, printing error, or arrives damaged, we will reprint or refund at no charge. Please inspect your order within 10 days of receipt and contact us immediately with photos of any issues.
Yes! We offer blank product samples so you can check the quality and size before ordering. Sample orders are fulfilled at list price plus shipping, and may be credited toward your full order. Printed samples (with your artwork) are available for some products — contact us for details.
